KyungWon Lee

Dr. KyungWon Lee is a Korea Applications director at Axcelis Technologies. He has been in the semiconductor industry over 25 years and has been with Axcelis since 2004. While working at Axcelis, he introduced new technologies and processes through collaboration with advanced device manufacturers.  

KyungWon Lee received the B.S. (2000) in Physics from Inha University, and the M.S. (2009) and Ph.D. (2021) in Advanced Materials Science and Engineering from SungKyunKwan University, Korea.
