Yi-Chiau Huang

Dr. Yi-Chiau Huang has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor equipment industry including over 15 years in epitaxial technologies at Applied Materials. He has hold positions in both technology development and customer support. Dr. Huang holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Cornell University. He holds more than 40 granted US patents and has co-authored more than 80 technical publications.
