Hyemin Kang

Hyemin Kang is a professor in ultra-high power semiconductor (UHPS) laboratory at Korea Institute of Energy Technology (KENTECH). He has published over 15 papers in journals and international conferences as the first authors) in power semiconductor devices design, simulations and characterizations. Before joining 

KENTECH, Hyemin Kang had developed high power devices in Fairchild from 2012 to 2015 and gained Ph.D. at University of Cambridge under the supervising of prof. Udrea (2016 – 2020). Prof. Kang is focusing on design of industrial power devices with high-speed simulation and characterization of dynamic and reliability characteristics of industrial power devices.
