Han Seok Seo

Han Seok Seo, Ph.D., has been Senior Researcher at the Research Institute of Industrial Science & Technology since 2011, with responsibility for silicon carbide epitaxial growth. He is currently leading research projects focused on advancing epitaxial growth techniques to improve material quality and performance for high-power semiconductor applications.
