Larkin Kong

Larkin Kong, Ph.D, has been the CEO of Hangzhou Haiqian Semiconductor since 2022, being responsible for the production of SiC epitaxial wafers and overall corporate management of the company.  

Prior to establishing Hangzhou Haiqian Semiconductor, Larkin was the Vice President of Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor. During his five-year tenure at Guangdong Tianyu, he was in charge of all production-related affairs of SiC epitaxial wafers.  

Larkin received a Ph.D degree in the field of Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics from Shandong University, Jinan, Shandong Province, China.  

Larkin has 19 years of extensive experience in the field of third-generation semiconductor epitaxy. He has published 19 SCI papers and 5 EI papers, and obtained 8 authorized patents.
