Sangyong Park

Sang-Yong Park, Ph.D. is a Principal Engineer and Technical Leader in the Flash TD Team at Samsung Electronics. He has more than 19 years of experience in NAND Flash development, having held roles in both Flash Development Team and Semiconductor R&D Center. His expertise spans process integration, materials engineering and device design, and he has contributed to the development of multiple TLC and QLC NAND products. His recent work focuses on advanced next-generation flash memory devices and emerging flash memory applications for AI workloads.
