Toru Takahashi

Toru Takahashi has over 27 years of experience in the IT/OT industry after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, covering everything from physical Layer 1 to application Layer 7, along with extensive cloudtechnology expertise. He has deep involvement in security, particularly in researching and applying Threat Intelligence across both network and cyber domains. His career spans roles in pre-sales, development, operations, and IT consulting at domestic and international vendors as well as telecom carriers.

Currently, he focuses on infrastructure security challenges, especially “Threats of DNS-based cyberattacks,” “Credential Management,” and “Zero Trust for OT Security,” while addressing gaps in corporate security awareness. He works on defining secure network architectures for enterprises and drives education and strategic initiatives toenhance business competitiveness by maximizing ROI from IT/OT security and architectural investments.
