Heeyoung Koh

Heeyoung Go, MS has been lithography engineer at Samsung electronics since 2008 with responsibility logic product development and lithography process. He is expertise in process optimization, in particular EUV and High-NA EUV lithography process in detail. 

Heeyoung received BS and MS degree in physics from Korea University and Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. He started career as a DRAM lithography engineer at Samsung and joined foundry R&D in 2010 and research new logic technologies to mitigate issues with pitch shrinkage.
