Sangheon Yong

“Sangheon Yong” received Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University in 2018, specializing in PEALD processes. Since 2020, he has worked at ASM as a process engineer and, since 2023, has led a team focusing on developing advanced gap-fill process technologies. He collaborates with global ASM sites for sharing development experience and status. He has been driving major international customers for process development and evaluation. He has a strong track record of innovation and advanced technologies, filing 21 patents in progress at various countries since 2021. 

용상현 박사는 2018년 성균관대학교에서 화학공학 박사학위를 취득하였으며, PEALD 공정을 전공하였다. 2020년부터 ASM에서 process engineer로 근무하고 있으며, 2023년부터는 Advanced gap-fill 공정 기술 개발을 담당하는 팀을 이끌고 있다. 

그는 ASM의 글로벌 거점과 협력하여 개발 경험과 진행 현황을 공유하고, 주요 글로벌 고객사를 대상으로 공정 개발 및 평가를 주도해 왔다. 또한 2021년 이후 여러 국가에서 21건의 특허를 출원하는 등 혁신적인 기술 개발과 고도화된 공정 기술 분야에서 뛰어난 실적을 보이고 있다.
