Jeong Ho Yeo

Jeong-Ho Yeo (Ph. D) has been product marketing of patterning control division at Applied Materials PDC Business Group since 2019. Prior to joining Applied Materials, Dr. Yeo has been managing Panel Level Packaging Manufacturing Team at Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co. from 2014. Before transferring to SEMCO, Dr. Yeo has been leading advanced lithography group which develops EUV, immersion process/equipment and metrology solutions for lithography for Logic/DRAM/NAND devices at Semiconductor R&D center of Samsung Electronics Co. from 2007. Prior to joining Samsung, Dr. Yeo had more than a decade experience on lithography process and metrology & inspection technology area. Dr. Yeo received MS and Ph. D degrees in Physics from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 1990 and 1994, respectively.
