Eun Sook Sohn has worked at R&D, Amkor Technology Korea for 30 years with responsibility of Pkg Characterization with Mechanical / Thermal simulation and Advanced FA and Reliability Test for Adv. Pkg development, design optimization, and failure mechanism. Also, she is leading Amkor WW Characterization Center that is supporting WW factory quality issue.

Sohn received a MS degree in Physics (Semiconductor Surface Physics) from JeonBuk National University, JeonJu, Jeollabuk-do, South Korea and was 1st author and co-author of many ECTC papers since 2010.
