Dr. Jae Yong Park presently holds the position of Vice President of Technology at Samsung Electronics, where he brings over two decades of experience as a data scientist and process control expert to the forefront. His roles included serving as an Engagement Director and Product Manager at PDF Solutions, Inc., and contributing his expertise to KLA.
