Prof. Wonjae Lee

Won Jae Lee, Ph.D. has been professor in the department of Advanced Materials Engineering at Dongeui University since 2002. Lee started to study research topics concerning with crystal growth from 2002 and his current research areas are SiC/Ga2O3 crystals growth for power device applications.
Prior to joining DEU, Lee had worked in Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), Daejeon, as a senior research engineer involving in national project on the integration of one-transistor FRAM device.
Lee received his BS and PhD degrees from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Korea in 1990 and 1995, respectively.
During the 1994 - 2023, he published 230 international journals and registered 52 patents including 5 US patents.
