Yang Hyong Kim

KIM YANG HYONG, Ph.D. has been Samsung Business Unit GM position at KLA since 2013. While she has been leading Samsung Business Unit, the key achievements include >1500% business growth, ~300% team growth, dozens of new technologies adoptions in customer sites.

Prior to joining KLA, KIM YANG HYONG has been doing various roles including the SAMSUNG Account Technical Director for all process technologies, PDC GM during her 11 years at Applied Materials

KIM YANG HYONG received a Ph.D. and M.S. degree in Materialas Science and Engineering from Iowa State University and B.S. degree in Inorganic Materials Engineering from Seoul National University.
