Fred Pan

Fred Pan is responsible for setting National Instruments semiconductor regional strategic action plans, driving business initiatives, and evangelizing NI semiconductor testing solution value – improving overall cost and efficiency from lab characterization to production test. Prior to his current position, Fred worked as a cellular phone R&D. Later, he experienced as an Application Engineer, Technical Marketing Engineer, Team Leader and Market Development Manager for Greater China.  He has demonstrated tracking records of outstanding success as an innovative and effective marketer to increase customer base as well as revenue through various marketing activities. He is based in Taiwan travelling among APAC countries for engagement with customers.  Meanwhile, he has a master degree of communication engineering from National Central University.
